The Power of Words

Do you believe in the power of words? I do! Because words are a support to me in my fury, anxiety, agitation, happiness & sadness. 

Audre Lorde said, ''Your Silence will not protect you ''

I guess, she was right. Silence is not at all my weapon, because it makes me feel choking inside. Since the beginning, I had this problem of expression and explaining my views to people, but then words came to my resort and I build a strong connection with them. 

With words, I made every possible attempt to speak out what I always wanted to express and could not. With words, I am able to seek out all the truths of life. With words, I am able to bridge out all the differences. 

According to me, words have the ability to bring out the change. Words have the ability to distinguish between right and wrong. Words are everlasting. For me, words are my strength. They determine my ability, competence and most importantly they let me bring out a voice clear and loud. On the whole, words let me open up.  Words can bring out the best in us. Words are the most powerful weapons!!

Have you ever been Stalked??

If yes, then you should know that it is one of the dreaded crimes!! Stalking is not only physical, it is electronic too and you can be stalked easily via emails, phone calls other digital networks. Stalking is not always on a personal level, it can be Professional too!! One thing that I have learned about stalking is that it is not always out of the physical attraction, but can be due to your profession as well. Instead of making robust policies about stalking, Some organizations will do the opposite. BEWARE! Repeated phone calls, e-mails, using the internet to follow you, and too much-unwanted contact, are the signs of Stalking, I've experienced. Whenever you join any organization, make sure that they have a 'Workplace Stalking Policy' to safeguard your interests. Have you ever face anything like Stalking?? If yes, please do share and give out your suggestions on the same. P.S-  Stalkers will try to break your wings, but they forget that you have claws too!!

To Mother India, I always keep on grumbling about the negative things like traffic, rape cases, corruption, racism, inequality, and so on that prevails in India.
